The extension

No Download button: reload the Instagram tab after installing or updating the extension. The button appears beside each post.
The panel says to sign in or complete a check: do it in the Instagram tab yourself, then press Try again in the panel.
"This post isn't available": it may have been removed, be private to your account, or be unavailable in your region.
A download stopped: press Retry download in the panel. If it keeps failing, email us with the post's link.

It works with public posts only. Private posts and Stories aren't supported.
"Today's limit": the web downloader has a daily limit because it runs on our servers. The Chrome extension has none.
"This download link expired": links last an hour. Paste the post link again.

See the privacy policy. To delete the extension's local data, use Help & privacy → Reset preferences in the panel, or remove the extension.
